At KEDHAR ENCLAVE by KEDHAR LIFESTLE COLLECTIVE, we are committed to providing high-quality services, including masterclasses and e-books. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Model Grooming Workshop

We strive to offer valuable, interactive learning experiences. Our refund policy for model grooming workshop is as follows:

  • Cancellations by Us:
    If a workshop is canceled or rescheduled, participants are entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future class.
  • Cancellations by You:
    Payments for workshop are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 3 days before the class, you may transfer your booking to a future session.
  • No-shows:
    Refunds will not be issued if you do not attend the class without prior notification.

Product Photography

  • Cancellations by Us:
    If we need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule your session for a future date at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations by You:
    Payments for photography sessions are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled session, you may reschedule your booking to a later date.
  • No-shows:
    Refunds will not be issued if you fail to attend the session without prior notification.

Product Photography Training

Cancellations by Us:
If a training session is canceled or rescheduled by us, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future session. For online sessions, rescheduled timings will align with the original time zone of the session.

Cancellations by You:
Payments for training sessions are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled session:

  • For offline sessions, you may transfer your booking to a future date at the same location.
  • For online sessions, you may reschedule to another session available in your time zone.
    Notifications must be made via email or phone and should include your booking details.

No-shows:
Refunds will not be issued if you fail to attend the session without prior notification. For online sessions, ensure you check your internet and equipment in advance.

Portfolio Shoot

  • Cancellations by Us:
    If your scheduled portfolio shoot is canceled or rescheduled by us, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule the shoot for a future date at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations by You:
    Payments for portfolio shoots are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled shoot, you may reschedule your booking to a future date within a 30-day period (subject to availability). Notifications must be made via email or phone and should include your booking details.
  • No-shows:
    Refunds will not be issued if you fail to attend your scheduled shoot without prior notification.

Model Recruitment

As the registration is free of cost it is not eligible for refunds.

Paid E-books

Due to the digital nature of our e-books, all sales are final:
  • No Refunds: Once a paid e-book is purchased and downloaded, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience issues downloading or accessing your e-book, please contact us within 5 days of purchase at kedharenclave@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Free E-books

Free e-books are available as-is. They are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or technical support.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Decisions made in such cases will be final.

NOTE:

If you encounter any technical issues during the course or workshop, please contact our support team via the email addresses provided in the Contact Us section. We strive to respond within 7 working days. If it is determined that the issue originates from our end and we are unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a full refund. This refund will be processed within 15 days after your concern has been acknowledged. Please note, refunds are applicable only for issues stemming from our services; issues related to customer hardware or software do not qualify for a refund.
